Don't be fooled by The FOX Nutwork's new polls released today....they're actually Rightwinger Scott Rasmussen's new venture which allows anybody to conduct a poll and pose the questions whichever way they want for a mere $600.00. This new venture is just another way for Rasmussen to set the tone and make the narrative for the races more beneficial for their Republican candidates.
Don't be fooled by The FOX Nutworks new polls....they're actually Rasmussen.
Florida GOP Senate nominee Marco Rubio has jumped to a 16-point lead over independent Charlie Crist, according to the latest Fox News poll, as Republicans make gains across the country on dissatisfaction with Obama's agenda.
In the first round of Fox News battleground surveys for the 2010 election, Republican candidates for Senate and governor in Florida, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Ohio and California all kick off the election season in contention or ahead.
In each of the states, large numbers of voters believe that the Obama agenda is hurting their local economy.
The surveys covered 1,000 likely voters in each state and were conducted by Pulse Opinion Research for Fox News on Sept. 11.

The new set of Fox News surveys are actually conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, which is actually a new venture from Rightwing pollster Scott Rasmussen which will "allow anyone willing to pay $600 to go to the website, type in their credit card number, and run any poll that they wanted, with any language that they want..."

Mark Blumenthal notes that two automated polling outfits will soon offer the ability for anyone to conduct a poll for less than $1000.

"Scott Rasmussen will soon launch a new venture, Pulse Opinion Research, that will allow anyone willing to pay $600 to go to the website, type in their credit card number, and run any poll that they wanted, with any language that they want..."
"That news coincided with the launch of Precision Polling, a self-service Web site that allows anyone to enter their own questions, call a toll-free number and record the questions in their own voice, submit a list of telephone numbers and start dialing at a cost of 10 cents per call."
Rasmussen Polling, like the Republican party and the FOX News Nutwork are all just arms of the Republican party trying to set the tone of the elections to reflect their own desires and story lines. They think the American electorate is too stupid to know the difference between reality and hype...and in many cases they're correct. Unfortunately!
Who is Scott Rasmussen?
